Mafia Meatballs

I love the fact that in every mafia film you watch, they always make meatballs. I didn't have a razor blade to slice the garlic, but this is my version of meatballs in a spicy tomato sauce.

I don't follow a recipe, but these were the best I've made so I'm trying to remember what I did! Best of all there's plenty of left-overs in the fridge for no-fuss teas next week.
