Beef Rendag for dinner

Beef Rendang

Ingredients: Two onions, two cloves of garlic, fresh ginger, two hot chillies, two teaspoons of tumeric, two teaspoons of ground coriander, can of coconut milk, beef, stem of lemon grass, juice of half a lime, two teaspoons of brown sugar.

Blend the onion, garlic, ginger, chilli, coriander, and coconut milk into a smooth paste in your blender.

Brown the beef and add the paste. Add the lemon grass and put in the oven at 160C for two hours.

Add the sugar and lime juice and season with lots of salt to taste.

Cook for another 15 mins.

Serve with nice rice cooked with coconut milk and a stock cube and some green vegetables.

Do try making this as is it is really easy but still tastes yummy!
