Pizza (again!)

This is my dinner - just about to go into the oven... Hoi-sin and duck pizza - to be topped with fresh rocket once cooked. Delicious!

You can tell it's Sunday night - I'm getting stuck into the French martinis again... Trying to forget I've got work to go to in the morning perhaps??? :-)
