Swings and roundabouts

I know that lots of Embra blippers have posted blips of this, but was on way home from work and realised that I had no blips, and anyway it will all be away after the weekend.

Quiet at work, although one of our providers brought in some sweeties.....so we had to eat them...the diet and healthy eating starts on Monday, no doubt like most of the country.

And by the way, how bad is Friday night telly? Thank goodness for blipfoto!
