What an amazing name for a bookshop?! Not such an amazing picture, but still. I love how there are loads of shop names in English here that just do nooot make sense!

Busy day today though. Met D at 11am (eeearly!). Wondered around Saint-Paul metro station, found a cool (but expensive) vintage shop, a weird but fantastic toy shop (where I got some yoyos for the kids) where they thought we were stealing (we weren't).

Walked ages more, then got to Darty (which is like a big electronics chain that's kind of like Comet or whatever) to buy our TOASTERS and I also got a hairdryer :) I've missed a toaster. The guys who sold them to us (for only 9.95?!) were good naturedly mocking us, because I don't think they realised how good our French was! Raaather amusing.
