Roadworks

Our road has been closed since October while the sewage pipes are replaced.

The works were delayed by the bad weather but are due to be completed by the end of next week.

I am not looking forward to having the rush-hour commuters back again.

It has been bliss. No traffic.

I have got used to the peace and quiet, especially at night.
