Denuded

I spent a chunk of the day trying to get my receipts and other paperwork items 'round for taxes, etc. I used to be anal about keeping such things organized and readily available for tax time, but I've seriously fallen off that wagon in the last few years.

I blame the intertubes.

And photography.

This willow was once very majestic looking when in full-leaved state. Even without leaves, it was quite lovely. A few years ago, however, near-tornado winds ripped several trees in our complex from the ground and the willow had numerous large sections felled.

This was about the only picture I took today, as I walked my rent check to the manager's office.
