Shake a tail feather

Don't know about shaken but my tail feathers are certainly a bit ruffled after all the dashing about I've done today.

Must dash again... tai chi class starts again tonight, that should calm things down a bit. Hoping we might get to start the spear form this tem. Can't beat a bit of weaponry to realign your chi.
