Out of the Pantry #17

My husband loves puddings (that's why he married me! lol) and although I don't always make them this evening I made individual upside down pineapple cakes. ;o) As I missed out on lunch, and even though I'm more of a savoury girl, I partook of one too and it was yummeeeeeee if I do say so myself!
