Illuminated people

Cuban independent journalist and political dissident Guillermo Fariñas has won the European Parliament's Sakharov Prize for Freedom of Thought in December 2010. To commemorate this and to provide more information on the prize and its previous winners, the European Parliament has placed these illuminated people in front of its entrance.
