Blue Monday

Apparantly, today is supposed to be the most depressing day of the year. I had an ok day and spent a bit of time in our tiny garden after work. As I was sorting out my pots of bulbs ( damn cats keep digging the bulbs up as they use the pots as a toilet, grrrrr! ) I noticed our garden solar lights flicker into life.

The butterfly and dragonfly were a present from a friend in Israel, so I think of her and everyone I know and love over there. Can't wait to visit them again soon ...

Sadly, didn't quite get the focus right, but it's the first time I've really played with the camera in Manual. More practice required!
