Dismantling

Dismantling the gasturbine of unit EC 7.
Bas is sitting on a transition piece which is the joint between the burner and the first stage nozzle ring (the first stationary blades of the power turbine).
The transitionpieces are provided with holes to admit cooling air.
Just above the orange tarpaulin you can see the first row of (normally) rotating blades.
