Fixing the boiler

Last night there was a click and all of a sudden there was no more hot water coming out the tap. No matter what we did we couldn't get it to go hot and the heating wouldn't come on either. So after taking the cover off the boiler (which was 20 days over the 2 year guarantee) and being completely lost by the instructions I gave up and thankfully it was a warm night.
I picked up the phone this afternoon when I get home from work and called the company who installed the boiler. Amazingly and very kindly, one of their technicians told me how to fix it over the phone. Within 5 minutes it was up and running again and we have hot water once more!! Thank you Mr Boiler Man!
