Shinny prep under the pretty lights

Shinny, also known as pick-up hockey, is about as Canadian as it gets. This is in Aurora's Town Park on the grass next to the bandshell. Just flood it with water and layer it up. The Christmas or Festive Lights are up all winter making in a pretty way to go skating or play a game or two. They were just shovelling off the ice when I took the blip - of about half the rink.
