Quiet?

If you believed this view then the town centre would be very quiet.

Don't believe it

It is just that the lazy so and sos all use the lower levels so that they are 'nearer to the shops'................idiots.

At the moment the carp park is free - but that is about to change. The owners claim that it is very safe and all area are covered by security cameras. They must be very small and well hidden because I couldn't see any.

Mind you - they are very good at hiding the exits as well. They are very narrow, not marked and are away half way along the level rather than at the end like ever other car park I have been in.........................it is great fun watching people driving round and round trying to find the exits.
