Pretty tired today.

When I got home from the ice rink last night, about 10.30, there was a collection of vans and technicians from the gas board gathered round our driveway.

Seems the main had spring a leak right outside our house. And they were going to start digging it up there and then!

Much drilling and digging with the constant rattle of their generator went on into the small hours of the morning.

Come the morning they were gone but have left a sizeable hole across most of the entrance to our drive. Looks like we'll be parking on the street fir a while.

So today was just a short lunchtime walk with Silverback to a local camera shop and back. He's got a list!

Curling again tonight.
