The Winding Path to Leuchars

I decided with a friend to take a walk from where she had dropped off her car at the garage. The road is mainly downhill towards the coast. It has gorgeous views which I will blip one day, but what struck me most on the walk were the mile posts. I came across the first two, but then they disappeared.

On the way down we discussed how much you miss when you are in a car, especially driving. We have both lived in this area for several years and even on a short local walk spotted many things we had previously whizzed past. Including the supports for a third bridge at a local crossing we had never seen before.

By the time we finished we were both in a really upbeat mood. Walking is good for the soul, but slightly hard on the hips!
