Abergele
I had to visit the small town of Abergele this morning as my car had been recalled. Whilst the 'Engine Control Module relay' was being fitted I strolled around the town, finding the local Parish Church of St. Michael. Part of this church goes back to the 14th Century and retains its Medieval roof. It is built of local sandstone and limestone. An interesting fact about it goes back to 1868 and the Abergele Train Disaster - the worst in Britain at that time, when 33 people died. They are now buried in a mass grave in the churchyard.
This little door is one of two at the rear of the church. So tiny!
