Bagged pilates this morning - tweaked my neck/shoulder last week somehow (probably during one of my various pilates classes), and the fact that I slept on a sofa all weekend didn't help either.

After work, I came home and made cream of broccoli soup, without the cream. Great vegan recipe that I found. Served it with a salad made with yellow split peas, baby greens, celery, soysage (field roast italian soysage), and topped off with a farm fresh egg. Mmmmm.
