I Waited For You.......

...........Winterlong

Low winter morning sun on a frosty bench so didn't really wait winterlong..... just long enough to blip the slanting rays sparkling on the wood - mother nature does continually stun me with such small details - little gems of beauty.

Not so much the wonders of nature in relation to the predicted aches of muscles used in yesterdays "easy" workout at the gym.... HAH!!! you shall not beat me bench flys - I am bloodied but unbowed and shall be there tomorrow in allllllll my aching splendour!!!!! Either that or at the local A&E........ watch this space...... ;P

A final thought......
