DE PASSAGE
in The Hague is situated in the centre, near the Hofvijver and the buildings of Parliament. It was build at the end of the 19th century, and the idea was to follow Paris, where shops were opened that sold luxury articles.
One part of it is build in neo-renascence style, another part in expressionistic style. It has 3 arms that come together in a circus with a glass dome above it.
It is one of the beautiful passages that are still conserved as they are in Milano, Brussels and Moskow
The blip shows the upper part of it in the centre. It is a nice place to visit, there is a big bookshop and places to sip a drink.
