Where is the hole?

Today I baked this kind of brioche typical for Epifhany and St. Anthony day, a day that everybody who have horses go out to the street with them, I know no very interesting stuff, but spanish have so many celebrations and food celebration that it's impossible to avoid all of them. The brioche should have had a hole but the dough rised so much that the initial hole vanished.

The "roscón" is a sweet dough with butter and aromatized with orange blossom water.
