Deck the Holly

The Holly Theater is an historical building that has recently been purchased by a local public radio station with plans to restore and open it as a theater....and ohhhhh, and there is much controversy over it. The other downtown theater has sent out letters to the community saying that there just isn't room for two theaters in Medford. It has caused quite a rift among folks around here. As for me, I say the more the merrier - but I am rather idealistic in all things. I believe there is enough room for everybody to play. I personally will make room.

This is the theater that I saw Sleeping Beauty in when it first came out back in the 70's.

Thank for your nice comments about yesterday's post. I keep thinking of ways to truly live in non-violence while still standing up for what I believe - it is a delicate balance. I focus on love in the littlest ways and hope it will grow and grow and take over in every area of my life.
