Early morning shopping for comfort food and then back to bed with a little stinker of a cold.
The supermarket I like to use is the new Morrisons at Granton. The supermarket itself is fairly pants but I love the stark new-age vision of hell that has blossomed around this part of Edinburgh.
One day, in the darkest of the early hours, I'm going to go down there and hang a homemade sign up on a lamppost reading 'Welcome to Piss-Poor Brasilia'.

And now I must snooze before lunch when I shall tackle the mother of all Cottage Pies (serves 4).
