Sunny Sunday

Mrs M and I went to Sandfly Bay this afternoon. As we drove past the harbour, we didnt take notice of the 1meter whitecaps and carried on. By the time we reached the parking lot, it was full gale force.
Sandfly bay is a popular tourist spot because of penguins and fur seals that come on shore every afternoon. There is a very steep sanddune on the way to the beach-lots of fun on the way down, not so fun on the way up.
The last time we were there was with Mrs M's parents. Mrs M's mother was video-ing a sealion and decided to capture a photo with the same camera. The shot she captured was a not so friendly sealion, when she looked up after her snap shot, it was charging her way!! She is a quick mover and still has all limbs.
Today there was way too much wind and sand flying around, so I didnt take the camera out while there. So another bee shot will have to do for today, there are so many flying around lately.
