Man on roof

Today I decided to stay in colour as we had a blue sky today. This man was power hosing all the moss and grim off one of my neighbours roofs today. After all the snow and Ice I was a little worried about him as he didn't seem to have a safety rope on,however, when I zoomed in, he appears to have a harness on which I would like to think is attached to a rope somewhere!
