Is this temporarily permanent?

I'm confused. Just very confused, but not a good confused. It annoys me when this happens.

My good friend Heather and I were sticking on temporary tattoos today. I rather like mine, it looks a little like Gok Wan's one. Would you say it's two people and a strange design or three people?

I'd like to think it is three different people lying on a beach watching the clouds/stars, depending on the time of day of course. They have peace and serenity lying there on my arm.
