Cheeky Face Ben

Hectic night what with GG (my mum), Lola, Cameron, Ben and the birthday boy - Papa, who was the subject of yesterday's blip - did quite well too appearing on the Spotlight page which I was amazed at.

So I put a stew in the slow cooker this morning and a gammon covered in honey in the oven at lunch time so all I had to do was peel potatoes and cook brocolli when I came in from work. I got a lovely chocolate cake for Cameron to stick candles in for singing Happy Birthday to his Papa.

Afterwards they were all bundled into our cars to take them home, there is never enough time at night! Unfortunately none of us thought to move the chocolate cake off the dining room table - came back to a half eaten wreck of a cake - Breagha had naughtiily climbed up on the chair, on to the table and stuck her big teeth into it. MMmmmmm she must have thought, "why have I never been allowed to eat this before"!! Papa was NOT HAPPY at her!! I went into the other room and had a great big laugh!

This is Ben, now just over 3 months old. I didn't use the lights so it's not as good as I would have liked but there was no time for big palavers.
