Rugged Boundaries

After having our time at Mt. Rushmore and Crazy Horse, we took a stop somewhere in Wyoming after crossing through the Black Hills preparing to face the Rockies. Got out of the car to take a few pictures. Couldn't help but wonder what sort of fence would do more to keep people out than the terrain itself.
