Civic Responsibility

In downtown Portland, a number of statues and scultpures can be seen. The reason for their presence is due to an agreement between local businesses and the city of Portland. The agreement is that businesses residing in the downtown vicinity are responsible for donating one piece of art to the community. I love this kind of thinking and collaboration!
The title for the statue is "side reflections".
