Portland Food Carts

Portland is known for its food carts and I have a favorite that I decided to visit today. Every time I go I try a different kind of peanut butter sandwich, but today I had made up my mind I was going to go back to one of my favorites, Thai peanut butter. I was so disappointed when I got to the stand and found that it was closed, with no sign indicating when it would open. Very disappointing.....so, I have already decided I'm going back tomorrow.
