Homayoun is a fantastic chef. He is Iranian - his name is Persian. He runs a restaurant called "Inca" - which might make you think "South American cuisiine"

But, no, the Inca is the hidden gem of Italian cooking in Bruntsfield. It never seems busy, but it has survived for years. The welcome is always warm and personal. And, as I said more than once, the cooking is great.
