Fixed!!

The basement is pretty much put back together after the recent flood and collapse. All that's left is a wee lick of paint and a bit of carpet.

The "lycra boys" (the people that cycle to work) will be happy as they will now be able to have a shower when they get to work. Actually, probably not as happy as the people that have to sit beside them when they've not had the shower!!
