The Face of UCLan

In Preston all day today for a presentation from the UCLan mkting team, which aside from anything else was a real insight into how HE institutions will be affected by a lifting of the cap on tuition fees.

This was a taken behind the F3 garage they have on campus. No idea who the 'wheatpasted' face is. Any suggestions welcome.
