Utilikilt

This is a Utilikilt, for those who do not know, it is not a traditional kilt, it is a hybrid between cargo pants and a kilt. It can be universally worn from out at the pub with my wife to a job interview, just a matter of what is worn with it. I love my kilt. A question was recently asked of me; "how cold is too cold to wear your kilt?" I think I have decided on 16*F below that, i start to sound like wind chimes when I walk LOL
