Sunrise sunset

I saw both the sunrise and the sunset from work today; I tried to get blips of both but they really didn't work out. Then as I walked upstairs in the office I noticed this reflection of the sun in the glass of the building and I'm actually quite pleased with the results.

Right I'm now away to place my head over a bucket of steaming menthol to try and rid me of an infernal cold which has crept up on me over the past couple of days.
