Failed with the shopping bit, I'm going to have to resort to the on-line version.

Train delays getting home - again. A quick dinner, and tidy-up, then some blipping stuff.

Heading off to bed early as I woke last night about 3.00 am. with a nose bleed! Not had that happen since I was a teenager. What's going on?
