Back-blipping here. It has been a busy week and the good intention of taking more blips fell through. Sorry about the quality of this one - clearly a phone is going to struggle with night shots but this is at least recognisable.

This is All Saints Pavement with a beautiful lantern tower. However, for locals it is hard to see the beauty of the tower without also feeling some less positive emotions, for a few years ago a stone fell from the tower and killed a shopper.

I tend to think that so many churches look like alien spaceships which have landed in an incongruous environment. Sometime I must blip some of my favourite country churches which manage to avoid this and actually look part of the place where we find them.
