Teasel
Back blip.
It has been horribly foggy frosty cold here today. The sun did it's best to burn it off but to no avail. I have a love hate relationship with teasels. I introduced them to my wildflower patch a few years ago with the idea that the seed heads would attract the Goldfinches that frequent our neighbourhood. The finches came but so did 1000's of tiny seedings that sprang up in my herbaceous borders. I have just about got on top of them and resorted to a niger seed feeder for the finches.
