Painting at the rental property

The rental house is still empty. I'm trying to spruce it up so that it gets rented. This is a tough time of year to sell or rent a house. I'll be back tommorrow painting ceilings and cleaning base boards.

Sadly, I didn't get the camera I wanted for Christmas. So, I've decided to save up for it on my own. There's a lesson here. Just because you put it on your Christmas list doesn't mean you are going to get it.
