That's sky is blue, and it look more blue to me because I'd just got back from my longest run in a long time.

I got injured in April last year training for the Edinburgh marathon and haven't been able to do much since. But today I managed four-and-a-half miles, and that meant I got to run through the Hermitage of Braid.

I realised how much I'd missed running along this way through the months and seasons.

As long as my legs don't seize up now my running sky is looking bluer.

Glorious.

Next thing: trim that beard.
