The Banoffee Pie

It was Tom's last evening at home before returning to Cardiff,
His friends came round and he made pizzas and this banoffee to celebrate.
Much thought went into getting the right consistency for the base.
It was as delicious as it looks.
He will get far if he can make good banoffee !
