These shoes cost £2.50 in a sale.

They came without laces. It's a fashion thing.

They make my son look like a little urchin.

My children are good at making things have a pre-aged, distressed, worn look - jeans, shoes, socks, jackets, gloves, furniture, parents etc.

Beau likes them but is a little concerned by the lack of laces and has instructed me to buy him some. Black or white. Yellow if black or white can't be found.

He is going to modify pre-modified shoes.
