Raspberry Cheesecake

Well I said I'd blip a pic of the cheesecake...I didn't say the whole cheesecake!

Lovely dinner at my parents tonight for my dad to celebrate his birthday for the second day in a row! The pudding that I made seemed to go down well - almost as well as the wine!

Off for a day of geocaching tomorrow with a picnic (who says you can't picnic in the winter?!). Heading in the Aviemore direction so might pop in to see the annual Sled Dog Trials.
