Oat and Raisin Cookies

Managed to do some reading for the essay and have started making a plan for what I'm actually going to do with all the notes I've been taking. This is supposed to be a break but hey ho.
Made cookies this afternoon which went down really well at tea time. Most of my recent baking attempts have been a bit disasterous - my gingerbread biscuits were deffinitely more cinnamon than ginger and my chocolate roulade at christmas...was what can only be described as a ball of chocolate mush - still tasty though!
Finally made something thats turned out as its supposed to - maybe if I fail my degree I could be a baker....ha
