Frost

Today's the day ..................... for a hard frost

After our couple of days down in London we arrived back in Kendal last night, to find ourselves in another world. Everything was shrouded in a freezing fog - and the car which had been left in the carpark at the station was completely covered in an icy coating.

This morning, the frost was still on everything making the walk down to work somewhat hazardous but at least the fog had gone. These plants looked so frozen that you would wonder how they could possibly survive.

Ah well - only another couple of months of winter left ...................
