Burning Negatives

Write down on some paper a list of the negative things you think about yourself.

God doesn't think any of these things about you. He thinks you're beautiful, or handsome. He thinks you're funny and smart. He likes your nose and your knees. His thoughts about you outnumber the grains of sand on a beach and every single one of those thoughts are good!

Burn the piece of paper with those negative thoughts. If God doesn't think of you in that way, then you don't have to!
