The smartest boat in the trade

Even in darkest January the water can look bonny and inviting, although I was once told by a colleague it was the coldest water in Britain, never varying bewteen 1 or 2 degrees from winter to summer (Firth of Forth Scotland).
Today it looked calm and a nice boat crossed my horizon as if asking to be blipped, so I obliged.
