Lowfat Parmigiana

Since I've jumped back on the healthy eating wagon, I've been doing a lot of home cooking. While it's easy to cook the same things over and over, you have to get creative or you get bored quickly.

My wife just made a batch of her red sauce the other day and she does it with minimal olive oil and sugar so each serving is perfect.

Tonight, I made my own Homemade chicken parmigiana. 6oz. of cooked chicken breast cut up, 3/4 cup of Meg's sauce, and 1 sliced up lowfat string cheese in a pan for about 3-4 minutes. Yum!
