Opening day at the MONA
Hobart has a new art gallery which I visited today - the first day it was open to the general public. David Walsh, it's founder has done a spectacular job creating wonderful spaces with lots of intriguing and provoking art. One of my favourite pieces was this work which made words by shining light on to thousands of little water droplets computer generated to form words. It is called bit-fall made in 2006-2007 by Julius Popp. It was truly great fun.
